When will my order ship?
All of our sweatshirts are made to order in an effort to be more environmentally friendly. Once pre-orders are closed, your sweatshirt is sent to our LA printers, where they will screen print your piece. As soon as it's ready to ship you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Please allow 5-6 weeks for your order to ship.
What is your returns/exchange policy?
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you receive a damaged item, please let us know immediately. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact customer service directly at email@example.com.
What should I do if my package is lost?
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to customer service right away at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. (We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address.)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, currently we ship to Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Sweden, and the UK. International Customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact customer service right away at email@example.com with your order number and the correct shipping address in the email.
